GMAIL

Gmail is a free email service developed by Google. Users can access Gmail on the web and using third-party programs that synchronize email content through POP or IMAP protocols. Gmail started as a limited beta release on April 1, 2004 and ended its testing phase on July 7, 2009.Email was launched on 1st April 2004. Till October 2019 there were 1.5 million users over it. It was created by PAUL BUCHHEIT. This app is coded in Java, java script & C++ language.

It is used for mailing, sending images, videos, other attachments. It is owned by Google. It stands for Google Mail.

Google Full Form--Global Organization Of Oriented Group Language Of Earth.

Difference between GMAIL & EMAIL--------------------

Email refers to Electronic mail. Gmail refers to Google Mail. It is process of sending and receiving electronic messages that may contain text, graphics, images or videos. It is a platform through which Email can be sent or received.

Creating a GMAIL Account--

There are two type of Gmail account---

To manage my business

Steps Of Making Gmail --

Open browser & search Google Sign.
Click on create a new account---->For Individual or To manage my business.
Fill up the form.
Make a user name that is not yet taken by any one.(You can't use any special corrector & space in user name)
Create a strong password using with Capital, Small, Number, Special Corrector.
Follow other steps of follow.
Your Gmail Id is made.

Structure of GMAIL Account--

There are Three parts of Gmail account.

GMAIL OPTIONS

COMPOSE-- Compose option is used for sending a mail.

INBOX-- Inbox is a part where all the coming mail are shown.

STARRED/IMPORTANT-- In Star area we see all the mails which get a star by user.

SENT-- In Sent area we see all the sent message by the user.

DRAFT--In this section, those mails are shown which are not send yet or the Email address was wrong while user was sending the mail.

CHATS--Chat is an another plateform of google which is linked on it. By this application user can chat anyother gmail user.

SCHEDULED--Those messages which were sent for a limited time are shown in this area.

ALL MAILS--All type of mail are shown in this section of mail.

SPAM-- Spam is a section where Pramotion, adds type mail are shown. They were deleted in 30 days time duration.

BIN--All the deleted mails are stored here for 30 days.

SOME WORDS THAT USE WHILE CREATING/SENDIND A MAIL--

TO- In this section we write the Valid Email address of receiver.

BCC- BCC stands for Blind Carbon Copy. In this section we also write the email address of receiver but we want to show the User's Email address to each other.

CC- CC stands for Carbon Copy. In this section we also write the email address of receiver but we doesn't want to show the User's Email address to each other.

SUBJECT--The heading of mail.

FORWARD-- Forward Means sending a mail to another one.

ATTACHMENT-- You can send up to 25 MB attachment. You can send Videos, Links, Audio, Emoji,
Pictures, Document files(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Pdf etc... files)
